A new exhibition of contemporary art will be inaugurated this month in Folkestone, Kent. The Folkestone Triennial is one of the most ambitious recent public art projects in the UK which will be repeated every three years.

This year's Folkestone Triennial will feature the works of Mark Wallinger, Langlands and Bell and many other international artists. The selected artists have been invited to engage with Folkestone's history, culture and built environment to create permanent or temporary works for exhibition in Folkestone.

The Folkestone Triennial will run from June 14th through to September 14th 2008. Further information can be found on the following website: www.folkestonetriennial.org.uk
