The Cass Sculpture Foundation has created this privacy statement in order to demonstrate our firm commitment to privacy. The following discloses our information gathering and dissemination practices for this website: sculpture.org.uk.

We collect and store the email and postal addresses of customers who order from us. We do not, however, make those addresses available to any third parties, except when we are legally required to do so.

Our site's contact forms require users to give us contact information (like their name and email address). The visitor's contact information is used to contact the visitor when necessary. Our site uses an order form for customers to request information, products, and services.
