Rob Ward

Rob Ward was born in Nottingham in 1949 and studied at Newcastle University (1969-73) and Reading University (1973-75). Upon graduating he won a Greek Government Scholarship and an Italian Government Scholarship to study at the Academia di Bella Arti, Rome (1975-76). His first show was at the Hatton Gallery at Newcastle University in 1969. Since then he has exhibited throughout Britain, and in Australia, Canada, Greece, Hong Kong, Italy, Japan and the United States.
