Ivor Abrahams was born in Wigan, Lancashire, in 1935. He studied at St Martin's School of Art (1952-53) and at Camberwell School of Art (1954-57). Having taken up sculpture in spite of parental opposition and supported himself through art school, Ivor Abrahams worked in London and traveled whenever he could to see painting and sculpture in galleries throughout Europe. commissioning
since its establishment in 1992, the charity has annually commissioned 20 exemplary monumental sculptures from emerging and established contemporary sculptors.

lending
our resource of 80 monumental sculptures are now available on short and long term loan for a monthly fee.

selling
all of the sculptures on the foundation's grounds are available for sale, profits from these sales are split equally between the artist and the foundation, and directly enable future commissions.
