Gifted to the Foundation by artist Gerry Judah and Alfa Romeo, the original steel structure of Alfa, commissioned by the Goodwood Estate, has been reworked as the Cass Sculpture Foundation's most monumental sculpture.

At 18 metres high and constructed from 180 metres of steel tubing, Alfa was achieved with consideration of scale, grandeur and strength of design, a brief Judah is well used to as a set-designer for film, theatre and television.

The largest piece ever to grace the grounds of the Foundation, Alfa's vibrant orange tones and simple form produce a dynamic and elegant sculpture and one of Gerry Judah's most important works to date.
